Our returns policy

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of submitting your order. If 14 days have gone by since the date of your order, unfortunately we can?t offer you a refund or exchange. The item in question?must also be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

If you have purchased a personalised product from us, please contact us using the form below. As personalised products are unique and personalised to you, we do not accept any returns unless the item is damaged or?defective. However, please do contact us as we may be able to offer a discount or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within the next 2 – 5 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Once a refund has been issued, it may take up to 5 – 10 working days to process. If by then you still haven?t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your bank for further information.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please contact us using the form below.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise?using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items back to us.
